Design

We have built, developed and refreshed many brands and have led design and art direction on numerous marketing campaigns, from small-scale door drops and banner ads to national billboard advertising. This integrated design history, mired in brand and art direction also informs a unique design viewpoint when tackling website projects. It means we give equal attention to both the wider picture and the detail – often crafting and sourcing bespoke content to ensure a tighter brand cohesion.


Content

We produce compelling content across a range of mediums. We’ve an established track record in video, with experience of filming and editing interviews, short documentaries and marketing films. We work with a number of copywriters with experience across many different sectors. We can also produce data visualisations and infographics.


Search engine optimisation (SEO)

Improving the search rankings requires a clear strategy and consistent approach. We start by understanding current performance and conducting keyword research to identify opportunities. We then provide guidance on optimising content and identify technical enhancements. Finally, we develop a plan for generating a large set of good quality inbound links into a website and measure the results.


Pay per click (PPC)

A well-designed pay-per-click campaign can engage new audiences and provide useful behavioural insights. We help clients identify suitable channels (e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn) and targeting approaches. We build campaigns and refine them over time. We measure new traffic and analyse behaviour within the website and beyond. We can also help our non-profit clients access and manage a Google grant.


Social media

As the internet has become more social, audiences have become well-used to engaging with organisations across multiple channels. We can work with you to develop a coherent strategy for social media which includes identifying objectives, planning and prioritising activity, and establishing a measurement framework.


Creative technologies

We are particularly interested in how we can apply technology in innovative ways to support the work of our clients. Particular areas of interest for us include mapping and location-based content, the science of behaviour change and e-learning.
