Simon Fairway

A digital strategist and information architect with experience of digital, brand, fundraising and advocacy projects across the voluntary sector and beyond. Simon has a background in international development, having worked for two years in Zambia with VSO. He also ran an award-winning social enterprise project involving videographers in developing countries. Simon has an MA in Digital Media.


Adrian Toll

Our technical director, with over twenty years’ experience of building and managing projects, from a large content-managed video website for the BBC to a small theatre company website. Adrian enjoys using technologies in a creative way to realise innovative ideas, with a particular interest in online mapping and behavioural analysis. He was awarded a distinction for his MSc in Cognitive & Decision Sciences from UCL, has a Sculpture BA (Hons) from Camberwell College of Arts and is a fully qualified chainsaw operator.


Darren Perry

Darren is an integrated designer and art director with 18 years of industry experience. He’s worked on and led campaigns for Channel 4, integrated campaigns for Google, animations for Christian Aid, marketing for Greenpeace and apps for Tearfund. More recently Darren was lead designer on the Chineasy project, which was runner-up in the 2014 Designs of the Year awards at London’s Design Museum.


Kat Excell

Kat spent a decade in the charity sector working for organisations such as housing charity Shelter and most recently mental health research charity MQ. She’s a digital allrounder whose experience includes managing the delivery of large-scale website development projects and creating digital strategies to grow organisations’ reach and profile.


Steve Taylor

A full-stack web developer for twenty years, Steve co-created his own CMS before becoming a WordPress specialist in 2006. His project experience embraces government intranets, small business sites, blogs for creatives, and numerous small and large non-profit websites. Paying particular attention to accessibility and maintainability, he enjoys making content easy to manage, and useful for users.
