We’ve partnered with charities that support individuals, gather evidence and influence policy and worked with organisations building the future workforce in areas such as mental health or with children.

We’ve seen the challenges that people in the sector face such as working with vulnerable people and dealing with heavy workloads. We’ve also been given a sense of wider policy considerations around topics such as funding, recruitment and regulation.
